The best way to find out about life at King’s is to visit us. We encourage both parents and children to visit prior to formal application for a place at the school. Please contact our Registrar, Mrs Sharon Bird who will be happy to arrange an appointment for a personal visit, or you can attend a School Open Morning.
A personal tour gives you time to discuss all aspects of school life and the ways in which King’s can meet your child's individual educational needs. During the tour you will also be given the opportunity to meet the Headmaster and other key members of staff.
The best time to visit us is during term time when the children are busy at work and play, and you really do get a feel for our unique and special family atmosphere. However, we will always be willing to accommodate visits during the holiday period if you are relocating.
We are also very happy to arrange a Taster Day at King’s for your child. This is an opportunity for your child to spend a day in school with the appropriate year group, to take part in lessons, activities and sport. The day enables your child to gain an insight into everyday life at King’s and make new friends.
You can request a prospectus pack either by contacting the Admissions Office directly, or by completing and submitting the electronic enquiry form on this page. Once we have received your full details, you will be added to our mailing list and you will receive regular information about the School.
During term time the Admissions Office is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. During the holidays, the office is open from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
